Do Not Choose Sprint!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET SPRINT!!!! I received my A640's in the mail on Friday night. I have had three days from hell since. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous!

So bad in fact, that one representative actually was drunk and fell asleep on the phone with me!!! I am not kidding!

I have told them to mail me the cancellation package asap!

The worst experience I have ever had with any company!

I'm trying verizon next. It can't be this bad!!!

That is unheard of, I would be furious!!! You definately should report it. call *2 and ask for a supervisor. They'll be happy to transfer you. Sorry that happened to you.

I've personally had nothing but good experiances with them. If I couldn't get an explaination from them on the phone, i'd stop by a store, and get the answers I need. The only bad thing, in my area:Milwaukee, the waits can be a bit long to speak to someone @ a store.

I've never had that bad of experiences with them. Then again I always call the number for a tier 3 rep. They're the ones that know everything. If one doesn't know it goes to two then three if they don't know.

Anyways, I'd report that ****!!!!!!
