Verizons New Every Two is a Rip off on family plans

I was considering taking all 5 lines from my Sprint Service to Verizon when I noticed that the New Every Two Handset Credit is only available to the primary account holder and that everyone else on the plan is left to fend for themselves!!! I did a little bit of investigating and sure enough on the FAQ's it says...

7. I have an account that has a number of lines under your Family Share plan. Am I eligible for New Every Two?
The primary line is eligible to participate in New Every Two. Secondary lines are not eligible for the program.

After being with Sprint for several years they have always at least given me 150$ per line every 24 months (verizon only offers 50-100$). In my opinion this is something that Verizon tries real hard to keep secret so they can overcharge people for their plans.

Might be too late, but with the verizon share lines you do get a huge discount every twenty TWO months, and an even bigger discount after twenty four months. Just to let you know.
