    Anyone else having a problem w/Ecare? I will email them a question & their reply usually is w/a link to their web site, rather than answering my question. What is their purpose? If i could get the answer my self i would not email them.

    Check in there. I used ecare to get 10% off my plan. they send links, but you can keep sending replies to them and eventually they will answer your questions. if not, call retentions and freak out. worked for me pretty well
