Razr V3m drivers?

hi. i recently bought a Motorola Razr V3M and i have a usb cable that already fits it and when i plug it into the computer it recognizes it as Motorola V3M as Found New Hardware. Is there any places that i can find the drivers/software so i can load ringtones and all the other cool stuff onto my phone? If so, what sites or what drivers?

It recognizes it because it can be used as a phone as modem if you have the right plan. You cannot transfer ringtones, etc from pc to this phone. You can put mp3's on the memory card if you have a memory card reader hooked up to your pc.
