How would you rate it on a scale of 1-5? 5 being the high end of the scale.

What would you say you like the best about their service and what do you dislike about their service?

I give them a 3.

They were fine until I moved to another area. I liked that I had unlimited minutes starting at 6 p.m. But then I got NO reception at all.

I give them a -1, if you want to know why read the below thread, it will give you an idea of what your in for.

My rating: 2
What I like best: Insurance coverage;
What I dislike: Poor customer service; many transfers; many reps with heavy accents; lengthy hold times...The list goes on.

You too huh? tell ya something about service. Two weeks ago my NEW phone and New contract that came with said phone would not make or receive calls. i would try and place a call and I would wait wait wait. then get the following.

Call failed...
Try analog.

I tell you what I called them sent emails and got no where. Until i said I would stop the service and they could eat the cost........ so far my bill is still due and they know I wont be happy until this is solved.
