It's really about picking your poison. Each carrier has their quirks, advantages, drawbacks, and benefits. As to people's individual experiences, just realize that your mileage may vary. No one's experience with a carrier is the gospel on that carrier. What works well for you might not work well for someone else, because we all have different wants/needs and biases. Some of us can live with things that others just can't/won't. You could possibly live in an area where Sprint's service is excellent, and in that case their prices can't be beat. Customer service can be hit or miss (and this is true for any carrier). I suppose my best advice to you is to use the trial periods and be your own litmus test.
