I have a Samsung a900 now, but I have had problems with Sprint for at least the past year. Although my bill is paid on time every month, whenever I try to access internet capabilities, a page pops up saying "You have exceeded your spending limit. Please make a payment to restore service". And even when I select 'Payment Options', nothing happens...

The strange thing is that I am one of five phones in my plan, yet it seems I am the only one having this problem.

I've become exceedingly frustrated and I am thinking of switching plans, but I really just want this to be fixed. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, any advice? I did a search, but did not come up with anything helpful.
Any input is greatly appreciated...
