News: Sprint launches yellow i580

You've heard about the rugged i580, now Sprint has added a new color to its existing iDEN handset, and it's yellow. And the actual name for this Motorola i580, is “highly visible yellow.” As a reminder and update, the Motorola i580
is a rugged clamshell that is certified to Military Standard 810 F for shock, vibration, dust, solar radiation, extreme temperatures, low pressure, blowing rain, salt fog and humidity. Rest of the specs include 1.9-inch 176×220 pixels screen, small external screen, push-to-talk capability (Nextel Direct Connect), Bluetooth, GPS, 1.3 megapixel camera, microSD memory card slot, and a 1130 mAh battery that promises to deliver up to 200 minutes of talk time.

Pricing for this yellow i580 is $119 with a two-year contract.
