    I lost my week old HTC Evo last night and am wondering if Sprint will replace it when I file a claim. I have the insurance for the phone and believe there is a warranty of some sort because it is so new. Needless to say I'm real bummed and hope I will be able to get a replacement. Thanks for your input.

    You claim to have the insurance so the answer is yes but you will be paying the $100 deductable though.

    yeah, you will have to pay the deductible because the phone has been lost.
