Anyone still having trouble finding the EVO?

I've been hearing that the stores are keeping stock of the EVO but when I go online it is still out of stock. Are there still waiting lists?

I got mine at best buy in july 2010 & i was on the waiting list. The waiting list for the white one is a lot longer.
