I've been searching and googling and I still can't find any answers about this:

My husband and I moved from NYC to NJ 6 yrs ago. When we moved here, we had AT&T but had no reception so we switched over to Nextel/Sprint. For SIX years we've been getting bills that describe our surgcharges as Government and State surcharges. Now that they changed their bill format, the Surcharges are more detailed but the problem is that they are all NYS & NYC taxes and fees

I called up yesterday and the customer service rep opened a case for me but now what? I seriously doubt that they would go back and actually refund any money if the NJ taxes are lower. Any ideas?
