bad esn can some one help

i bought a cell phone from a lady last week when i got home to tried to acctivate it the call transfered me to a verizon customer serivce rep..she told me that there is a pending account on it...but that it didnt go to the credit card aggency so all the lady has to do is call and take that esn off the unpaid account.! i am no longer able to get in contact with this lady she scamed me and i need help!!! any one have any answers?? please help

if you do not have ano contact to that lady... im afraid there is no way around it...did you ask the customer rep what are your options?

Sorry that happened to you, the best course of action would be contact the customer service center and see if there is anything they can do about it, this happens all the time and it is unfortunate. Hopefully you will have some luck!
