News: Sprint announces the Samsung Conquer 4G

A new handset, that is considered to be mid range device, has just been officially announced by Samsung and Sprint. The Samsung Conquer 4G runs on Gingerbread and comes with features such as: a 1GHz single-core processor, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, 4G speeds via WiMax network, and a side-sliding physical QWERTY keyboard.

For a device that is not high end, these specs and features make this phone quite interesting, especially for a mid end phone that sports Android Gingerbread instead of Froyo.

The only thing we do not know about this handset is the price and the launch date, but we will keep you posted.
