I think it is the best, I have one and my husband has one. We just love them. Although I agree with the customer service, but it is worth it.

i love this phone... im new here so im tryin to figure out how to download the ringtones to my phone. anybody care to help? please. i just need to get the hang of it. i downloaded the midibuddy thing, and followed the directions. but when you get to the url, i get lost. tried entering that into my phone, but it didnt work. help please.

i have sanyo 8100 i love it...i just dont like how it gets scratched up so soon
and my speaker is not as loud as my friends...but i think thats just because of MY phone but its coo

if your speaker isnt as loud as your friends 8100, then u may need to get the software upgrade for it at any sprint store...i believe that is one of the things included in the upgrade

i think the 8100 is the best phone ive used, ive previously had a samsung 8500 and a sanyo 5000 but this is by far better

mine is pretty cool i wish i could use it .I have alltel
and it is a sprint fone ,'I gave $75 for it and it is like brand new .

The Sanyo 8200 has many more features than the 8100.
Including:
A bit smaller
Higher res screen
Alarm
Longer talk time
Camera has 3x the resolution with flash
ReadyLink and speakerphone

I don't think it is good, I've had mines for a year now and it is on the verge of colapse, I'm getting a new phone this month. This phone was not durable enough!
