Samsung Galaxy Proclaim for Straight Talk

I am wanting to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Proclaim for Straight Talk. However, I don't have the money up front. I was hoping I would find it available on Walmart or Amazon so that I may use credit to purchase it. It isn't available for purchase online at Walmart.com or any nearby stores but it is available on Amazon but only for NET 10. I know that Straight Talk has a SIM Card program so you can bring your own phone. I'm just curious about which SIM card I will need - a regular SIM card or micro SIM? I know that this phone is a CDMA phone, but when I went to Straight Talks website and tried to purchase a SIM card it gave me this message:

This program is not available with CDMA (i.e. Verizon, Sprint, Metro PCS), TracFone, SafeLink, NET10, Straight Talk or BlackBerry phones.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
