I have had straight talk for years . I recently got a moto e and have had no problems until the other day. I can get on the internet,make calls,text,etc. but I am unable to receive calls from landline phones. It gives an immediate busy signal. I called customer service and updated the phone with the *22890 and everything. I was told that after it updated on their end that my phone would start working as new again. needless to say it still isn't recievng calls from landlines. can someone tell me what to do to fix this please.........???????
