Hey guys, i was just trying to figure out about aim on my current plan. i've got the $69.99 family plan and on my phone i have AIM. im just wondering will i get charged everytime i sign on to aim and if i receive messages. cuz i basically just want to have messages sent to my phone when im not signed on my computer, i won't be sending any messages and i want to know if i'll get charged for any of this. thanks.

you still get charged for your incomming mess. unless it's inside your wap browser I'm not sure how aim works for phones but if you recieve a text your going to get charged for it unless you have unlimited rext mess.

I think you do get charged.. my daughter had some major charges once due to her aim!!! I was furious but thats another story.

You have to activate T-Zones for $4.99 a month. I personally use Agile Messenger on all my phones, tho. Awesome program.

I've heard this before, where are you guy from that you get charged 4.99 for t-zones I only pay 2.99

I'm in Massachusetts, USA. Using T-Zones used to just cut into your minute time but I guess they've done away with that.

I think it's better this way, Ispend a lot of time on wap sites and downloading music but for some reason a lot of people spend more than me for t-zones and I'm wondering why?

No clue. Maybe the existing unlimited t-zones customers get it for the original price? Don't really know.

hmmm i have t-mobile service but i use a cingular phone...i download stuff off of the cingular site and don't get charged for it thru my wap browser.. only problem i have is connecting to aim..

I don't have aim but if I try to access my aol mail for some reason it won't let me sign on sometimes (?) Don't know if it's maybe an aol problem or what but it's not just you others have been having problems as well
