    I think your going to be hard pressed looking for people that have that much of a problem with t-mobile here, for the most part I think t-mobile is a great company and actually I tend to do the bullying when it comes to t-mobile so how bout joining me and I'll so you the way grasshopper.

    when they change your plan, they sometimes ask you to agree to a new contract. that is a verbal agreement or a verbal contract.

    problem is that sometimes they don't bother to even ask if you agree, instead they just go ahead and extend your contract. that's not right, but since you can't not pay them - you're screwed.
