Voice mail network errors

I am having problems with people reaching my voicemail intermittantly with both of the phones on my account. When trying to check voicemail or when someone tries to call us and it goes to voicemail, you will hear a voice say "Inva.. Inva.. Inva.. Inva.." endlessly until you hang up. It does not go to the voicemail announement, prompt for a password, nothing. I had this problem over a year ago, and they reset my voicemail box. Recently, it has been happening more frequently, and after I added a 2nd phone to my account. They have done some "back end work" resetting things which they said were not set up properly for both phones, but they did not specify. I have called about it 2 times recently, and 4 times total within 1 year. I have also had calls go straight to fax, but not recently. Anyone else having this problem?

Weird? The only problem I've ever really had as far as voicemail was if someone called and I didn't have a signal it would say so and not send them to my vm. I would definately call and complain, also threaten to cancel it seems like a big pain in the a$$ to miss calls that are supposed to go to your vm, even more so if their important not to say everyday calls aren't but what if something happened at home and you couldn't answer your phone (you wouldn't even get a voicemail!!!) Scary to think but vm is just as important as talking to someone sometimes
