I have a question on my bill i just got a day ago its saying I downloaded a bunch of song's which I only downloaded 2 songs that I did personally and I never use this phone at all hardly...When I went to the local t mobile store in georgia the guy that served me and hooked my phone up was suppose to give me a $45 dollar credit on my phone bill? Its not showing on there on the bill im trying to talk to the ladie at t-mobile 1800 number shes not listen to me at all..whats so ever...what can I do?

You may have to wait a billing cycle or two for the credit to actually show up, also check with the person who gave you the credit, the t-mobile store isn't exactly a part of the t-mobile corp. per se just a distributor.

I got it taken care of last night she told me to fax in the credit and she will take care of it on the next bill

Unfortunately you won't see if until your next bill cycle although Customer Service rep can check to see if the individual features have been issued a credit or re-send at no charge to you, you can email T-Mobile, if you remember the names of the downloaded features it can be verified that a credit has been issued for you
