I am getting a news story together about T-MO over charging is customers. I have read some of your stories here. It seems like text messages is the biggest thing.
Any imput would be great.

A few people say they are overcharged for text messaging, and yet, THEY don't even know what the charges are, or if in fact the charges are invalid... and you want to jump all over it?
The billing system T-Mobile employs generally does not make many errors, as if it did something would've been done a long time ago. 18+ Million customers, there are bound to be mistakes in billing, as with ANY company.
I would not get too far ahead of yourself. First find out the facts....

Fact is T-MO is running a scam. T-MO has overcharge me. I am one in the million, this time billing has made a error. If I received all the text messages that T-MO claims I would like to see them, I know I sent only a hand few, not 7557 text messages that T-MO claims. I have not found any one at T-MO that can tell want is going on.

if you think t-mo is scammin or is wrong with their billing, which at times may be justifiable, like any other carrier, i suggest you get your "scoop" on cingular more than anyone else, the way they are screwing over ATT customers is ridiculous
