Is it possible to email ringtones to my t-mobile phone? I have heard that you can do this, but I can't find any info on t-mobile's website about it.

Yes, but it's tricky and only works with smaller ringtones. When I first got with t-mobile I was able to do this every once in awhile but this way works ALL the time so long as your tones small enough. First you must go into your messages like your going to send a PICTURE message and from there you can use your submenu to attach a file, pretty easy from there you just pick the tone you want to send and attach it and viola sending ringtones. Also this works with my V330 I don't know what phone you have so may not work with all.

Here's how you do it:

set the ringer as an attachment

What format does the ringer have to be in? Can it work on the Motorola V300?
Thanks.

The V300 will take MIDI and Mp3 files...
It MAY work as an attachment, but you're better off posting the file on a webserver, and then emailing yourself a link to the file.
