Ok, finally got to someone who knows what they're talking about. Talked to a rep named Carlos (I even wrote down his rep # in case I run into any trouble later on, hehehe). Carlos told me that he can't really help me with the european charger because he can't find anywhere where it says that it should come with the phone. He said that the girl I talked to previously probably misunderstood and was talking about the regular charger, not the european plug for it (thats why they sent me the extra regular charger). As for the angle connector, he asked his supervisor and he found out that even thought it's in the manual, it still doesn't apply to TM. Suppossedly, all manuals are identical, just the logos and service names are printed differently for each carrier. Plus, he said, the TM Razr battery is different than the other Razr batteries (Cingular etc.) and that it would burn out if connected to that particular angle connector. (which doesn't make sense to me because the chargers seem pretty identical....but oh well....)
Then I told him that according to my Fedex tracking number, they received the phone I returned 2 days after I sent it out, but my bill on TM.com is still way over 500$. So i gave him the tracking # and when he was convinced they got it back, he deducted the price of the returned phone. Still, I don't think that I should have to do that. When they get the phone back, they should automatically adjust my bill without me having to tell them to. So, after he deducted the price of the phone, the usage charges still didn't match up, so after about 45 minutes of him investigating and me on hold, he discovered that TM messed up my bill and overcharged me 90$. Can you believe that???? 90 BUCKS!!!
Anyway, he wrote it all down in the computer and said his supervisor would adjust the bill, so lets hope thats finally settled now, once and for all......
