New phone after 1 year?

Ok, I have the basic plus plan ($30 a month) for one year, that runs out in two weeks. The LCD screen in my current phone, samsung e-105 is cracked and Ive been using it broken for quite some time now. My question is, is it possible for me to get a new phone, or a discount on a new phone if I renew my plan for another year?

If not I would just sign up for a new plan online and get a free phone regaurdless, it would just be much more convienent if the first option would work. Thanks for any help

yea its called an upgrade its just adding a new year for a new phone free or not call tmobile and tell them you want to upgrade and they will give you offers etc

Actually the upgrade only applies if you have had a existing plan of 69.99 or higher for 11 months although I'm sure there is ways to twist more out of t-mobile than just a sorry we can't help you.

they never said anything about the 69.99 but i guess you know more since your more invovled in it

Yeah it sucks the first year when I had a smart access plan they didn't want to give me an upgrade so I just milked a free one out of them.

well now im ready for upgrade tommorow is when im getting my phone ironicly im sadly leaving motorola and joining samsung for the d500 but moto's have just always screwed me over

With something like that (because I am loyal to motorolla) I would send a letter stating what type of problems you've been having leaving your return address a contact info you'll be surprised how well they'll take care of you.

well my contract is still over and tmobile isnt offering any attractive moto's for me i dont like razr and v330 is almost the same so id guess i try something new if im not satisfied ill go back to motorola my phone needs to perform at the way it was promised i dont want to do extra for what i paid i want it to work and thats it
