    I just got T-mobile.. I hate the reception.. I have 2 weeks to test it.. How much money do I lose if i cancel it? Does Verizon use 1900 mhz?

    You'll lose out the connection fee ($35 dollars or so) and maybe the cost of the phone if you don't return it (even if it was a free one)

    Actually, if a customer returns the phone during buyer's remorse, the act fee is credited back, and if the phone is returned in new condition then there is no fee for that, unless the phone is damaged or with items missing, in which case a restocking fee would be charged to you (roughly $75). Also, you will have to pay a prorated charge of your monthly rate plan. Example - 39.99 rate plan, but you returned the phone after 8 days, so you would end up paying 10.32 plus tax (39.99 divided by 30/31days, multiplied by the number of days you used the phone. So the formula for calculating your prorated charge would be (Rate Plan / #days in month X #days you used the phone)

    oh, and verizon does use the 850mhz/1900mhz bands, but its based on CDMA technology, not GSM which is what you have with T-Mo, which is basically no SIM card and no international roaming capabilities.
