I am fairly new to cell phones, had one about a year but don't use it to much. I got a free ring tone but can't get it to work. The website sent a message to my phone and I am supposed to go to that website to download it, I think?

I have a T-Mobile phone. Do I have to subscribe to their webservice for 6 bucks a month in order to download ringtones?
