No need to dial a number just choose the list who talking to by pressing button as it mean Push to Talk (PTT). Yep thats it.

Fellas the news is official. After talking with a T-Mobile engineer guru for the midwest, he gave me the word. T-Mobile will not be doing Push To Talk in the USA.

He explained that not only are rates higher than what consumers feel comfortable with, the cost to implement and maintain the service is also high. It looks like T-Mobile will live and die with its' GSM service, and continue to stick to it's values: Get More Minutes, More Service, and More Features. This gives the customer More Value.

Sincerely speaking, I am not one bit disappointed. The only thing that saddens me is that many potential (or even existing) customers will walk away based on the fact that T-Mobile will not do PTT. What makes me happy, though, is that this means that existing customers will not see an increase in their rate plan price anytime soon (one would think). Also, T-Mobile can continue to offer more minutes and more service for lower prices than competitors. T-Mobile strives to be America's most highly regarded SERVICE company for fun, reliable, and affordable mobile solutions.

i had sprint, and they have PTT and in my opinion, i NEVER used it, NO ONE i know has it. so to pay 10.00 extra on my bill for a service i dont use, was outragious. Also, i had nextel and again, i didnt like the PTT. It was inconvient. I would use it to call my cousin for example, and it would be a bad time cause shed be at court or something and it just wasnt convient lol... ull get sick of PTT VERY quickly! its better and easier to just make a phone call...
