I just got my phone one week ago and rates are as followed here in Boston..
There are 2 1500 MINUTE PLANS, WHICH HAS A 10 DOLLAR DIFFRENCE BECAUSE ONE INCLUDES NITES AND WEEKENDS AND THE OTHER DOES NOT..
49.00 1500 minutes ( what i have ) gives u free nites and weekends
39.00 1500 minutes gives u NO NIGHTS and NO weekends
and yes, there IS a 19.99 dollar plan STILL... it includes 60 whenever minutes.. NO nights and weekends
and theres a 29.00 data only plan and if u add a plan to ur account, the data only plan goes down 10.00 which makes it 19.99!
These are the current rates here in Boston, I see you are from Dallas, so obviously rates are much different there.. I just got my phone on January 29th and i picked up brouchures just the other day, i went purposely into Boston and spoke to some reps and got some brochures for a few people on this site, so i could give them rates and such. One of the brochures i have, has all the prices i just listed, above...R.i.P MB.LD.AA

To add to this:
The 1500 minute plan w/ free nights and weekends is will now be $59.99
The Unlimited domestic messaging for families will be $10 for the first 3 months, then go to $19.99. It includes unlimited messaging for every line sharing minutes on a family plan. Messages can be sent to anyone, on any network, at anytime. Tell me this is not an awesome deal???

If you signed up for it at $49.99 you get to keep that price.
Even at $59.99, the 1500 minute plan is an awesome deal. $59.99 gets you only 900 minutes with cingular and with verizon

Oh? U must don't know what update is and its still samething...
I have to ask, does anybody know why Sidekick user couldnt get any bigger than 300 minutes to keep unlimited sidekick plan onto voice plan for 20 extra month with only unlimited weekends for any reason and I got the M2M plan as optional for 6.99 a month?? I got warning message that if so I want to upgrade 600 minutes or bigger with unlimited night and weekends included, but it says I wouldnt able to keep Sidekick plan with bigger voice plan??
Its just becuz Sidekick is made for DATA use mostly than voice?
Or its possible that can upgrade to bigger minutes if Im willing to pay 29.99 as for Sidekick Unlimited Plan than offer cost that goes with voice plan add on feature for 20.00 more or it has to be seprate line to get bigger minutes to keep Sidekick plan for other line as the other line would able to get 1000 or 1500 minutes at seprate cost per month....??[email protected]

Bigbuck, if you are a SmartAccess customer then that is the reason why. SmartAccess customers have a spending limit of $150 with T-Mobile their first year. This means that if at any time you build up a TOTAL balance of $150 or more, your account will be suspended until the balance is brought down below $100.
It's kind of like opening up a new credit card. When you open your first credit card, you have to prove that you are responsible in order for your credit limit to go up.
T-Mobile's SmartAccess is quite simple:
1. monitor your spending (minutes, downloads, 411 calls, etc)
2. pay your bill on time
As long as those 2 requirements are met, you'll never have to worry about your phone being suspended. After 1 full year of SmartAccess you will get to increase your minutes AND keep the sidekick internet. Also, after 1 full year with you can add a 2nd line. For now, you can still increase your minutes but would have to give up the unlimited internet.

The 1000 minute plan went down. The 1000 minute plan used to cost $59.99. Then it went on promo for $45.99. Now, it is priced at $49.99. So the rates are updated, not up.

You are not a smartaccess customer renizay, otherwise you would not have been able to have 1500 minutes with the unlimited sidekick use.
