WELL bruuce YOU CAN CALL YOUR PHONE OR TEXT IT SAYING YOU WILL GIVE A REWARD TO GET IT BACK BUT OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD CALL T-MOBILE AND SAY THAT YOU DIDNT HELP ME SO IM SWICHING ECT. SOMTHING LIKE THAT AND SEE IF THAT HELPS OR NOT

If he tells them he is switching he is under contract and it will be grounds for cancellation and the early termination fee. Just have customer service deactivate the SIM that is lost and have the new service switched over to a new phone and SIM before the 30 days. If you have a question about being billed call customer service and ask them. They are helpful and will be able to tell you what you need to do.

It is true, I started to notice why am I not billed for protection equipment plan 5.99 ever were in my bill statement, well I decide give T-Mo a call, and they told me its too late and my acct is already past 14 days, but I explained that I did request during sign up, but they looked into memo and found that I did request one, then they added into no problem.. I'll always make sure insurance is must for any equipments especially expensive ones...
