you have to take your phone to the t-mobile store so that they can put a new sim card with a new phone number on it and activate your phone. costs $50 + tax, and you'll get a bonus 150 minutes to start with.

    Three ways.
Go to a tmobile store and pay $50 + tax for a new SIM and 150 min. Wow, the price went up!
If the original deactivated SIM is in the phone you might be able to get it reactivated by calling CS. This should be free to activate. You may need to buy a refill card to get started. I would start with this.
If that doesn't work, buy a Tmobile SIM off ebay. You will pay $6-11, including shipping, and start off with 60-150 minutes. These SIMs are the SAME EXACT sim you will find in a tmobile store for a lot less. I have activated 2 with no problems. Buy from someone with lots of good feedback.
