sidekick loophole going away?

I heard a rumor that tmobile catched on to getting free sms by using sidekick sim and using in reg phone to not pay $1 and get unlimited sms free. Any one else hear anything that they are closing this?

Uhhh... that makes no sense, lemme explain why:

You must have a To-Go account with a SIDEKICK plan to get free SMS, and therefore - pay $1 per day. The simcard only holds the data with t-mobile. If you used the sim in a regular phone, you'd still have to pay the $1 a day to keep the unlimited SMS active while on the Sidekick plan
