No T-Zones on Razr V3 ?

I just got my Moto Razr V3 with T-Mobile service. Neither my friend nor I have "T-Zones". This is troublesome because I am not getting all the service promised such as CNN News, cannot download anything, etc. I was told to use "Configure Your Device" on the T-Zones website but all I get is a blank on my PC and is of no help.

Sorry for the repetition but I was getting desperate. I finally got T-Zones but still no "T-Mobile Jingle". I still need help in finding and downloading it. I thought it automatically came with T-Mobile service.

The T-jingle only comes on T-Mobile branded phones. If you purchased an unlocked phone it needs to be downloaded to the phone. I can try an upload it to Mobile9's wap site later tonight. Once I upload it I will give you the site and you can download it from your phone w/ the T-Zones.

Thanks for your help. T-Mobile told me that only if enough people request it they would add it to their ringtone list. It's surprising that they wouldn't want to advertise their own company's jingle. It's free advertising lost! It's a bigger mistake than even dropping Catherine Zeta Jones.
