    OK, this might qualify as ingenious. For that psycho-Ex, you can record within your voicemail a unique outgoing voice greeting for anyone based on caller id, and then after your greeting plays, the service hangs up on them. Referred to as Ditchmail. Brilliant! (and free) youmail.com

    If it asks for a referral code, use " PREZDAY ".
