Bluetooth cell phone help

Hey,

Can someone help me here.....I travel worldwide and I use Skype when Im out of the country...What Im looking for is a world phone that I can connect to my laptop wirelessly to make skype calls...Is there such a phone or dongle combination which would fit my needs?

My Razr V3i does this without any problems. The V3i is also quad band so it will work just about anywhere.

i don't recommend this due to the high latency of cellular data, the voice service may not connect or it may be choppy....
