    Are phones, other then sidekicks, eligible for the sidekick data access plan? Like.. if i buy a blackberry or a dash without a contract, and place my old sidekick 2's SIM card into it, will i be able to get unlimited texts/online/ims?

    Nope. The Sidekick devices connect to a special Sidekick server via the Sidekick data plan. Likewise, the Sidekick server will not connect to a non-Sidekick device, even if it has the (incompatible) Sidekick data plan.
