Yes, everyone hates sk3. I'm still looking at one though.
Anyway, I use tmo to go (I'm not going for the plan, it's just not going to happen) and I have some phone (the one before 319 I think). I've heard that if I were to get a sk3 and just switch the sim card I would have to call and have the sim card switched to the sk to go plan.
I've also heard that you can't have much money on your current card or they won't do it.
    Is all that true?
Also, can anyone give me a reason to not get a sk besides blackberries being better and battery life? If so, what to go phone would you recommend? I appreciate any help you can give me, thanks in advance!

If I was you, and I know you already said it, I would def get on a plan if you're switching to the SK. Because think about it, $1/day would be like $30 a month just for the Internet and on top of that $0.15/minute?! When you get a plan you can get like 600 mins w/ ulmtd nights/wknds for $40 plus the sk internet plan for only $20. includin' tax for all of that which is about $10 you'd only be paying $70/month. Wouldn't you rather pay $70/month then paying $30 for internet plus $0.15/minute? Unless you don't talk alot of course..

But other than that, I would do what MobilePrincess has stated above.
