    I purchased a 2 year contract for my wife and I yesterday. So far, all attempts to setup our voicemail has failed. Dialing the voicemail service, we are instructed to "enter our 10 digit telephone number". I do this and am told that "that number is invalid." I have tried multiple times with the same result. This is frustrating, as I would really like this to be set up by the start of the week, so that I can give out my new # to family and friends.

    Any suggestions? Thanks.

    It seems that T-Mobile isn't recognizing your phone in their database. Your best option would be dialing 611.

    Did you port your number from another carrier?
