my nokia (model 6010) is about 1 yr old. Lately I have been getting calls that go directly to voice mail without ringing. The reason I know is that the voice mail "bleep" goes off even though I have the phone on and in my possession. Tonight I got several calls that I was unable to answer because they were cut off when i pushed the "receive" button.

Is this a provider problem, a phone (6010) problem or what?
Would a new 6010 cure this? Would an ATT plan cure this? Humbled.

Awaiting an answer and holding my breath. Thanks in advance.

John, I think you should contact T-Mobile and they will determine whether it is the phone or not.
