Hi all,
I just got a new plan from T-Mobile today with a free phone. When I got home I found that the number the salesperson wrote on the Custom Information Sheet is different from what the actual number of the phone is (I got a welcome text message from T-Mobile that has the correct number). I called the number listed on the receipt and got the same salesperson on the phone, and she said she probably just wrote it down wrong (the last digit should be a 7 instead of a 6) and the correct number is what was in the T-mobile text message. After I hung up though I had another thought: because she wrote the number down wrong does this mean I will be charged for the person using the number she wrote down? I don't think this matters but want to get this cleared up.
