Tmobile Wing And myFaves

I bought a Tmobile Wing and set it up. My previous phone was myFaves compatible and I had it activated but on my Wing the Faves dont show up at all. Can someone tell me how to get it to show up?

Well there is the posibilty that you don't have a MyFaves Wing. Call T-mobile's customer care and speak with them about it. Regardless of whether it shows up on the phone, you will still have unlimited calls to the 5 people of your choice, which you can still change online at T-mobile.com or via the T-zones WAP portal on your phone. With mine I had to go into the MyFaves options and "refresh" my MyFaves. After that, they displayed on the front screen.

i have the wing, i just got it myself. and my faves should show up on the today page right between where is says if your wifi is on or off, and your media player. if it doesnt there should be a link in he bottom right hand corner with the myfaves symbol

The Wing was ONLY made with myfaves..there has never been a wing made without myfaves..the wing is a new model. What you have to do is refresh on your setting or just call customer care we can refresh your settings for you to pop up really takes a couple of seconds..
