I just bought the shadow not from a corporate store and am pretty much screwed because i hate the phone and they dont have anyother phones that are any good. Now I have to get a refund on the shadow and cancel my plan because its only been a week. My question is if any has used this blackberry $50 off promo code If this is true then you can get the pearl for $99.99 after mail in rebate? Ive never used promo codes so im not too sure on how they work. Also do they only work online or can I use them at the store? I cant post the site address because I dont have enough points, but if someone knows promo codes pretty well ill email the link and then you can post it or tell me if it actually works.

    Thanks,
    Pete

Some carriers have a policy that their customers must wait 90 days once they leave before they can sign up again as a new customer. Before you cancel your plan, you may want to contact T-Mobiles CSD at 1-800-937-8997, and verify this with them just to be sure.
Since you are still within your 14 day trial period, you can always exchange the the Shadow for another phone, or see if T-Mobile will offer you a better deal on it.
I ended up going back to where I bought my Shadow and got the Black Pearl for $149 with a $50 mail in rebate and I also got a $53 return credit from T-mobile. So I got the Pearl for $100 which isnt bad at all.
