Redirecting SMS txts to my phone

I have a silver Motorolla KRZR and am wondering how I can redirect incoming SMS texts to my email address.

If an email is sent to my phone's email address, I can, through use of a filter (via Tmobile's website), forward those incoming emails (not SMS texts) to an email address of my choosing.

What I'm looking to do is have any incoming SMS texts forward in the same manner.

Has anyone accomplished this and, if so, how?

Sounds like a service to me... googled this...

There was Teleflip but that company went out of business this past August, and they did email to SMS and were rumored to be working on SMS to Email, but you still had to have SMS service through you carrier.

There seem to be a few other options out there on Google, I did not look at them all, but they all seem to be a pay service. Something that you either turn on for a few contacts or leave on for all contact. Either way you still pay the SMS charges from you carrier in some fashion or another.

All the SMS to email redirection options I have scanned, all seem to involve a 3rd party service or web interface to setup what you want done with a "number", that you setup for people you want to have send you SMS messages, that then get redirected to the email address(s) you setup.
If you were looking for a free option, there may be workarounds out there, but I'm thinking not one that is going to pop up soon.

If there is no way to automatically redirect, is there a way to sync my phone with my pc and download them there?
