Hey is anyone here aware that verizon wireless is releasing a new phone calles th Blackberry Storm? It is coming out later this month and is supposed to be competeing with the Iphone and the G1!, I was wondering if anyone knew if it would be coming out for tmobile as well, or is it just for verizon members? If anyone can give me some info on that topic I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

i believe that is only for Verizon - and i'm not sure if verizon uses sim card to where you could swap out sim cards w/ a Unlock Blackberry Storm but i Highly doubt they have sim cards. I saw that phone too and was really jjuiced for it! until i found out it was on Verizon LOL.. i have a verizon phone but i barely get any service so i can only use calls/text but no internett.. so it wouldn't be worth gettin it to me.. however I am gettin the G1 and so far i think the iphone can't compete with the blackberry storm - in my opinion - the blackberry storm is not overrated and i love the they touch screen keyboard, or maybe i'm just being biased since i like blackberrys lol, i'm a proud owner of the blackberry 8800 however the keyboard is too small for my fingerss..

    Re: Blackberry Storm

I have had my Storm 2 ever since it 1st come out & I still love it. I won't be getting the 1st I-phone that's coming out on Verizon. I'll wait for the next one. When I upgrade in a few months I'll be going with one of the Droids. Just not sure which one I want right now. I'm doing alot of researching. But my Storm 2 will stay with me for a backup. I usually sell my old phones but I won't be able to part with this one. Blackberry did well on the Storm 2. Alot better than the 1st one.
