I was wonderin if anybody had any personal experience with this phone? like pros/cons - i did a few search on youtube and is very please however i'm pretty sure there are cons to this phone, like some would day the bottom part of the G1 makes it hard to type using the keyboard that is provided.. any info/reviews would be good! or if you know any tips to makin' it easier to use i would love to hear what anybody has to say about this phone i was really going with the Samsung Behold, but i was too fond of the G1 lol.. i will donate cpf points to any users who gives a opinion about this phone

Re: G1
Very Nice Phone. I received my phone in November and have been getting to know the G1. The cons are: you cannot save a contact to the sim card like you could with most of the TMobile phones. You can save it to gmail only, in gmail it will allow you to hot sync the contacts back to the phone and to gmail. That was the biggest con for me. I have always been able to save contacts to the various phones with TMobile. Overall it is a very good phone and I learned alot and shared alot with some of the technicians at G1 Support. If you want to know how to navigate or some of the features, If I can help, I will share.

Re: G1
i got my g1 last week and activated it on monday it took about a day for the whole process they said it could take 24 hrs and then it didnt work so i had to call again. you dont have tzones so cant download ringers you have to do it on the computer with a usb, cant figure out how to forward text messages, go to my email, or save picture messages to the phone i guess it takes a while to figure it out other than that its awesome???!!!!

Re: Who has the G1?
My cousin got this phone like the day it came out, and it's pretty nice. It's like an Iphone and a sidekick put together. I was debating on whether to get the G1 or an Iphone.

Re: Who has the G1?
I have actually influenced a company to switch to the g1 ( approx 100 units ) and from the demo the owner loved the phone and we will see if the users will too. I absolutely love mine.
