Why isn't this working in My T-Mobile?

I just had a quick question regarding the TMobile website. I would like to go onto My TMobile and access My album. Every single time I log into my account and then click Mobile life and then go to look at my pictures, it takes me all the way back to the login screen with me logged out. It never works ever and I was wondering how the hell I can just see my pictures so I can delete the ones I don't want and take the ones I want and save them to my computer. This thing hasn't worked for a couple months now and I was just wondering if I'm doing something wrong and there is a totally different website I have to go to. Thanks!

Time to call Tech Support and have them take a look at your account. Call 611 and ask to talk to someone in TZone support.

I'm not trying to access it from my phone, I'm trying to access it from the actual TMobile website and it just doesn't want to work for me. Should I still call tech support and see if there is something they can do?

Ask to talk to someone in the T-Mobile Website department about a feature you can't access on your account. Have the error on the screen, so you can tell them what it says.

There has been an intermittent problem with my-tmob for the last few days where even 611 can't access it and gets booted back to the login screen.

yeah, seems like they've had alot of problems recently.. alot of renovating has been done on the website, and it seems as though they haven't quite fixed all the kinks in the site yet.

always call customer service for such issues. they're helpful.

(as long as you don't get a guy from india) haha.

30% of the time i can never understand them.. just hang up and call again.
