As if the service wasn't bad enough- what gives with 30-minute wait times every time you call? And this after getting disconnected repeatedly? (Last night I spent three hours holding and talking to them - then the problem was never fixed.) And I have to call them a LOT - it's either weird new charges appearing for services I didn't add, constantly dropped calls, one family member repeatedly being blocked from making calls because another one went over their allowed minutes in the "Family Allowances" (which has never worked right for us); or huge long distance charges for calls made to our phone that we never picked up, from other continents. The new 30-minute wait times occur EVERY time I call now. On top of it, the problems are NEVER RESOLVED THE FIRST TIME, which means another 30 minute hold, then an hour with a rep I barely understand (off-shoring all of the jobs it seems), then to find out the problem was fixed but they created another one, like deleting our MyFaves! Did they just lay off most of their customer service AND technical staff? Does anyone know? Thanks.

Never had the problem you are having with hold or wait times, each time I have called, morning noon or night, I always get a human if the auto info doesn't help. And so far everyone has been in the US (I live in Seattle, so that might be a factor). So far all but one of my CSR calls has been in Bellevue Wa.

Every CRS I have talked to speaks English. Granted I have a single line plan, and no weirdness on my bills, even after making changes mid billing period.

Now I do know friends that have family plans, that get all the lines shut down when one of the lines goes over on mins (one friend goes over by several hundred dollars a billing period), not sure why they don't just shut the one line down, but guess that's how it works with the plan they happen to have.

Rarely get calls disconnected, and most of those are when driving in tunnels.
