How to solve this problem with Sidekick-Slide??

My name is Georgiy, from Moscow, Russia. ((
I've bought used Sidekick-Slide (Moto Q700) on eBay. This device have a problem - it's not power on by pressing the button. But when I plug the charger, device is charging good and show me the status on the display.
Now I want to know how to update firmware (Danger OS 4.0, yes?) on this Sidekick. And then I want to unlock it. )) But it is next trouble.

Please, help me!!

first of all you need to get the subcity unlock code so u can use it in russia, u would be able , to talk n txt only, u would not be able to browse the web, then u need the software update, on ur device .. if other persons username is still on device u need to perform a hard reset on device, press and hold @ 1 0, the @ button is located right next to the space bar on ur left hand side, as soon as the screen goes blank press and hold the R when the 4 icons appear release the R key.. make sure ur sim card is out of the device-- only the battery and back cover are on the device..
