newbie here !

ive been trying to find out whether it is possible to call OZ from my mobile and for it to come out of my free minutes? the mobile number in OZ is a local OZ pay as you go number, not a uk one.
ive goggled it and got some info about using certaib access codes and then the mobile number, but nothing was concrete or very clear.

alternatively id be happy for any access numbers i can use for it to be free to call his OZ mobile from my landline.
