Help with buying unlocked phone!

Hey guys,

I was thinking to get my girlfriend a new phone because she dropped hers in the water. So, I'm not sure which phone I should get. I was thinking maybe a blackberry (or other smartphone) for not more than $120.

Do you guys have any suggestions or any links?

P.S. I did visit craigslist and ebay...

I tried looking around... I don't think there are smartphone or any brand new models that will be less than $120... either you get an old model or a 2nd hand phone
