BEWEAR!!!! i have had it now I'm gonna post on every forum i can find about this since the day i got my phone i have been having the same problem I CANT MAKE CALLS when i need/want to like i said from day 1 ...i called T-mobile the day i got the phone about this issue they informed me it could take up to "2 weeks" for my phone and Internet services to be 100% functional i said OK hung up it still happened so i called back 1 week later they said you can still cancel service but i it does take up to 2 weeks for the phone to work 100% "again" they told me this it is 6 months later I'm still not able to call out on my phone 6 hours out of the day and miss who knows how many calls cause people cant call me either and i get missed calls and voice mails like 5 hours after they were received if i get them at all the reason i am now totally disgusted with T-mobile is i finally was transferred to a supervisor "REX" who told me outright my service would not get batter and i cant cancel my contract cause T-mobile don't have to provide service i signed it.. so i loOKed it up and here it is

    7. Service Availability. Coverage maps only approxI'mate our anticipated wireless coverage area outdoors; actual Service area, coverage and quality may vary and change without notice depending on a variety of factors including network capacity, terrain and weather. You agree we are not liable for problems relating to Service availability or quality.)..........it is saying T-mobile don't have to give you service at all and can still charge you a monthly fee for not being able to use your phone so as of now i have a phone that works 30% of the tI'me i miss who knows how many call and if i had a emergency i bet my phone would not work i just want to say thanks to T-mobile for taking my money and not giving me what i pay for ,,,,,,,,,hope you think twice about going threw them or you will be sorry

It sounds like you live in an area that doesn't have good coverage - you should consider switching providers

    Re: Bewear!!!

    T-Mobile sucks!

Their service coverage is horrible. I lose signal in my own house, at the Air Force base where I worked, and in downtown of cities. Amazing how Verizon and AT&T works in all those areas… T-Mobile had great coverage in Europe and Eastern Europe, but it sucks here in the USA.

Their customer service sucks. Their representatives are rude. They'll talk over you and never answer your questions. They’ll make excuses of cell tower maintenance for poor service coverage. All the time? Really?!

They do NOT obey federal law.
I asked for a discount when I started my service 2 years ago. I showed the store rep my military ID card, and specifically asked if they had a discount. They said “No”. Then I find out 2 years later that they WERE supposed to give me a 15% (or more) discount under the "Federal Telecommunication Act of 1996 - Discount to Federal Employees Past and Present". So, in 2 years, T-Mobile robbed me of $936!!!
I field a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and a T-Mobile rep then calls me to discuss it. (They refused to do so when I called them…) They had the gall to say that I was supposed to ask the Air Force for the discount. Unbelievable! I said that my cell phone contract was with T-Mobile, NOT the Air Force. He said that it was my responsibility to ask for the discount. I said I did! Was he not listening?!
I asked for his supervisor, but he refused to transfer me to anyone else. So I told him that if he wasn’t going to send a check or transfer me to his supervisor, that he was just wasting my time. He said again that he would not, so I hung up.

So, if you have T-Mobile, and if you have any problems, don’t be silent! Complain! Use these forums, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission. We can’t let T-Mobile get away with robbing us!

If you are considering T-Mobile – DON’T!!! Stay the heck away from them!
